Kung Fu of American Zen

Coyote completes year one of the Shaolin Kung Fu program of Buddha Kung Fu. “I got the 12 Tantui of Bruce Lee,” Coyote proudly announces. “This is the Kung Fu that made Bruce so powerful. “Tantui” translates to mean “springy leg” in Chinese,” pants our Zen doggey. “You learn to punch with your whole body.”

Coyote also completed the Buddha Kung Fu BEGINNER STAFF PROGRAM. “It helped me rebuild my shoulder after I broke that ligament in my left shoulder,” he continues. “Now I’m working on getting my strength and flexibility back. The staff class is making a world of difference for me.”

The INTERMEDIATE STAFF PROGRAM includes the 2-Man Form, “Fire And Water.” This Staff Form seen on the beginning of the Kung Fu TV show starring David Carradine is a lot of fun and we've been changing it just a little...
